‘Give Five’ Community Impact Program

Give 5, a community program of TRIOSE

TRIOSE is deeply committed to corporate social responsibility and giving back to the communities we serve through our Give Five program. Give Five encompasses five pillars that represent how we are making a positive impact on the world around us.

Through Give Five, TRIOSE delivers healing in more ways than one. By partnering with TRIOSE, you will also have a hand in supporting meaningful contributions to some of the most important work there is.

National Charity Partnership

TRIOSE’s national charity of choice is Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF), a leading nonprofit organization that shares the vision of its young founder and creator, Alexandra “Alex” Scott (1996-2004) — finding cures for all kids with cancer.
By pledging to match a portion of our clients’ savings generated from TRIOSE programs and donating them to ALSF, and engaging our employees in meaningful fundraising events, we help support childhood cancer research and ALSF’s Travel Fund which covers travel expenses for families who face the need to travel far from home for childhood cancer treatment.

Local Volunteerism

We recognize that giving back to the community must also come from the community, which is why we encourage TRIOSE team members to get involved at the local level. We allow our staff to take one company-paid hour every week to volunteer at charities of their choosing. That’s 52 hours every year that each employee can devote to organizations they are passionate about. You can often find us delivering to Meals on Wheels people in need or participating in local blood drives.

Veteran Support

Our nation’s veterans have made great sacrifices in serving our country, which is why we see it as our civic responsibility to serve them when they return home. TRIOSE has dedicated programs for hiring former service members and we are proud that today more than 10 percent of our employees are former military. We also support other national organizations dedicated to helping veterans.

Environmental Sustainability

Our collective future depends on environmental sustainability, which is why it is a key factor in planning and evaluating our strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations. TRIOSE is committed to reducing the environmental impact of our work in the office, when work takes us away from the office and in our solutions for customers. We have already made measurable improvements in reducing our carbon footprint and support partners who are committed to doing the same, such as UPS, a leader in carbon neutral shipping solutions.
TRIOSE has recently partnered with Green Cell Foam, a biodegradable, sustainable packaging solution for our clients. This light-weight but durable packaging is made from food-grade corn starch that dissolves in water for easy clean up. Green Cell Foam is the leader in eco-friendly packaging and TRIOSE is proud to partner with them to keep our clients’ shipments eco-friendly! To learn more about this partnership, click here.

Ethical Conduct

Very simply, doing the right thing is at the core of our business, whether that’s for the community, the environment, our clients, our partners or each other. That’s why we are designing our ethics code to help ensure that this continues to guide every decision at every level of our organization. TRIOSE prides itself on being a fair and responsible corporate citizen at all times and in all situations.

What our customers are saying

Triose is the best in the business. At the end of the day, we love the savings and their program has really improved our process flow.

Steve Patton

Director of Supply Chain at Lakeland Regional Medical Center

Triose was able to do everything it promised it would, and we couldn't be happier. They basically play the middle man for everything we do as far as shipping goes, and it's nice to have that in place at Baystate Health.

Todd Bailey

Manager of Warehousing and Transportation at Baystate Health

We're confident that with Triose's ongoing process improvements, our partnership will continue to make a positive difference in our supply chain processes.

Jessica Denney

Corporate Purchasing Manager at MSHA

Triose has been a positive experience for me, one of my first goals was to reduce freight costs. Triose helped with reaching out to suppliers to get them on board, we changed our process on shipping and it worked. With Triose's help, we did it!
